The state of Utah is home to the Mormon religion. This is a controversial religion that believes that men may take several wives at one time. That belief has gotten the Mormon Church in trouble many times with the United States Legal System because that is not a condoned thing in the United States of America.

The largest cities currently in the state of Utah are the cities of Salt Lake City, Provo and Lehi.

The area is known for having the largest body of Salt Water outside of the great oceans of the world and if you chance to look at a map you will notice that the Great Salt Lake is nestled a pretty good distance away from any other bodies of water that contain an abundance of salt in them.

Many people find that a great reason to move to this state is to be close to the Rocky Mountains to the east without actually being in the mountains. By being on the western side of the mountains as well they cut down on the amount of snowfall that is seen each year over the winter since snow builds up as it goes over the mountains and then dumps as it crests and goes to the other side of them.

There is a fairly sparse population here in the state and the majority of the population here is located in the three major cities outlined above. The remaining cities tend to be smaller in size and less industrialized in nature.

This is another state where the length of time it takes to complete a foreclosure is going to range dramatically based upon certain criteria. Everything is handled by and set by the court in charge of that particular county including the possible right of redemption for the property for the buyer and the possible right to sue for a deficiency judgement by the lender are all subject to the courts discretion.

That means that the court, in essence has complete control over the aspects of the sale, which is rare indeed in today’s foreclosure market.
